This special evening will be held at
the Culinary Institute of America at Copia, located on the Napa River. CIA at
Copia features a culinary museum, restaurant, event center, and amphitheater.
We’ll enjoy a cocktail reception
followed by a private multi-course dinner curated by Chef Jammir Graywith wine pairings from Schramsberg
and Davies Vineyards (with vintner and owner Monique Davies).
Chef Jammir Gray is home-grown
in Napa Valley known for her fresh, seasonal cooking and global influences, shaped by her CIA training and leadership at restaurants like Compline.
The evening continues at the Jackson Family Winery Amphitheater, where guests will enjoy a full bar. VIP attendees will experience a private 90-minute acoustic concert by acclaimed singer-songwriter Shawn Mullins from 8:30 to 10:00 PM, followed by an exclusive meet-and-greet from 10:00 to 11:00 PM.
To set the mood ahead of time, a curated Spotify playlist has been created so you can familiarize yourself with his music before the event.

Schramsberg and Davies Wineries
We are honored to welcome Monique Davies, the vibrant matriarch of one of Napa Valley’s most historic wine families. Their Blanc de Blancs famously made history in 1972 when it was used for President Nixon’s "Toast to Peace" in China—a tradition of being served at White House state dinners that continues to this day.
While Schramsberg defines American "bubbles," the Davies Vineyards label represents the family’s mastery of still wines, particularly their acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignons and Pinot Noirs. Tonight’s multi-course menu has been meticulously paired to showcase both portfolios—from the crisp, storied effervescence of Schramsberg to the soulful, estate-grown reds of Davies.
