  Our Napa Valley home away from home is nestled in Yountville, California, the home of the renowned chef Thomas Keller’s French Laundry restaurant. 

Let’s keep this party going by joining us in at our home on the evening of Friday, June 25th at 6:30pm. We encourage carpool, Lift/Uber.

Our hostess team will be ready to greet you with coat check amenities. Join us under the olive trees for the welcome reception with a glass of Schramsberg Champagne (one of Jacqueline’s favorites), and our Hors d’ oeuvres stations.

The Menu

We cannot be more thrilled to have Elaine Bell’s culinary team with us for this celebration! They catered our wedding in the Clos Pegas caves 25 years ago. We have hand selected wines to curate a menu that chef has created for a perfect pairing.

Hors d’ oeuvres station 1, Paired with the Quintessa’s Illumination Sauvignon Blanc:

• “Ahi Tuna Tartare in Crispy Cones” with Ginger and Sesame Oil Wasabi Cream and Toasted Sesame Seeds
• “Crispy Arborio Risotto Cakes” with Tiger Prawn Salad, Meyer Lemon Scented Basil Aioli, Bay Shrimp and Micro Basil   (GF)  

Hors d’ oeuvres station 2, Paired with Goosecross Red Blend 2014:

• “Candied Bacon Short Rib Squares” Potato Puree, Savory Shallot Marmalade In Porcelain Spoons
• “Duck Confit on Potato Gaufrettes” with Black Currant Pepper Chutney

• Baby Organic Greens Balsamic Roasted Black Grapes, St. George White Cheddar, Spiced Black Walnuts, Fuji Apples, Balsamic Apple Cider Vinaigrette Basil Oil (GF/Veg). Paired with Frank Family Chardonnay
• Assorted Artisan Breads and Sweet Butter

• Grilled Tenderloin of Beef with Rosemary Demi Truffle Potato Gratin Terrine, Roasted Broccolini, Pomegranate Arils, Crispy Pancetta Lardons. Paired with Quintessa Napa Valley Red 2015
• Spice Rubbed Seared Ahi Tuna Roasted Heirloom Beets, Thumblina Carrots, Fennel, Watercress, Mushroom Crisps. Paired with Hall Ellie's Cabernet Sauvignon 2012  
  
• Layered Eggplant Zucchini Tatin Fontina, Rich Tomato Basil Sauce Fresh Garden Vegetables (Veg/ GF). Paired with Hall Ellie's Cabernet Sauvignon 2012
  

Dessert Course Paired with Beau Vigne, Romeo:

• Dark Chocolate Layer Cake With Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache Hazelnut Croquant, Blackberry Cabernet

The Entertainment

Did you say where’s the entertainment? We have a special stage appearance by the Speak Easies Band of Wine Country Entertainment. Speakeasies are sure to get your feet tapping to with a playlist of 30’s and 40’s swing to classic soul and blues of the 50’s and 60’s
