The Dinner

Chefs from St. Helena’s Tre Posti will host an Italian flare menu this evening. Take in the Valley with Hors d'oeuvres during a wine tasting experience on the fountain patio followed by a family style dinner.  

Welcome Reception:

• Smoked Scottish salmon, potato crisp, crème fraiche 
• Duck Confit Crispy Tostada with a radish salsa
• Wild Mushroom Crostini  
  

Salad Course:

• Living Butter Lettuces (sliced apples, walnuts, midnight moon, champagne vinaigrette)
• Lacinato Kale and Farro Salad (shaved fennel, cranberries, goat cheese, meyer lemon-garlic citronette)    
  

Main Entrees:

• Grilled Chicken Breast, wild mushroom-marsala sauce
• Pan Roasted Flounder, lemon-white wine- caper sauce
• Spinach Ravioli (San Marcano tomato arrabbiata, ricotta cheese)
• Fresh local vegetables, roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil 
• Three Cheese Creamy Polenta

Dessert:

• Strawberry Shortcake (buttermilk biscuit, whipped crème Chantilly) 
  

The Entertainment

 Enjoy the ambience with Carmen Lauren. Carmen brings her entertainment style as an alumnus of The School of Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York City, New York.  Carmen is the San Francisco’s Golden Voice Award winner of 2015 and has also performed at an International Jazz Festival in Berne, Switzerland.
